Busy indeed.
Last week we had a big job for English Heritage at Wrest Park.
It was brilliant!
It was a kind of murder mystery ghost hunt. I was the the very Victorian Mr Squires,
and Gayna was, of course Mrs Bottom,
or Rosie to her friends.
A good time was had by all, including the visitors, which is always good news.
Since then it's been ghost walks and plotters all round and practically non-stop. Tonight it's another English Heritage job at Bolsover Castle for their big firework display.
On Sunday it's back to Toastmaster duties.
I am off to the Barcelo Hinckley Island Hotel Wedding Show. It's being organised by Debenhams so with that link I'm hoping it's goping to be quite busy.
Got to go - must polish up my nose for tonight.
Just a quick addition from the night at Bolsover.
One of the people we were working with was Peterkin the Jester.

Pete is a very funny man.
Very Funny.
He spends a great dela of time insulting people in his audience. Usually he gets away with it.
Last night he didn't.
He was performing his show with quite a lrge crowd around him when a woman at the back kept shouting, "My kids can't see. Come on, sort something out, my kids can't see. What's going on? I want my kids to see." Pete jumped down shouting, "Clear a path, clear a path... bolshy woman wants to get through..." She went APE!
It was great. I'm not sure if there was any physicality involved, but it was Bolsover.
Live Long And Be Toastmastered
